Who you are contracting with

The site is aimed at consumers. If you buy as a business, tell us before you order so we can confirm the right terms.

The service

lalawall sells made-to-order wall art. You choose artwork, size, material and frame. We do not keep finished prints in stock. Production starts after we receive payment.

An account is optional for browsing. Checkout, order history and saved rooms are easier with an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

Orders and payment

An order is binding when you complete checkout and payment is confirmed. Prices are shown in the currency of the market you shop in. In the EU and UK, displayed prices include VAT. Shipping is shown before you pay.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. If payment fails, the order is not placed.

Production and delivery

Prints are produced by our partners Gelato and Prodigi, depending on size and product. Typical delivery is 3–8 business days after the order is confirmed, but times vary with destination, size and production load.

You are responsible for a correct delivery address. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to that address, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

Withdrawal and returns

Because each print is made to your specification, the usual 14-day right of withdrawal is limited once production has started. You can cancel before production through our withdrawal form. After that, we help if the item is damaged, defective or not as described. See the return policy for details.

Intellectual property

Artworks, photographs, texts and the lalawall brand belong to lalawall or our licensors. Buying a print gives you the physical object to display privately. It does not give you the right to copy, resell reproductions, or use the image commercially.

Liability

We take care to describe products accurately. Colours can still vary slightly between screen and print. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury or intent.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.

Swedish law applies, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform. We prefer to resolve issues directly first.
