Who is responsible

If you are in the EU or EEA, you can also contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), or your local supervisory authority.

What we collect

Account: email, name and login data if you create an account.

Orders: delivery name, address, email, phone if provided, what you bought, and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers.

Contact form: name, email, subject and message. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA.

Members club: the email you submit to hear about new drops and offers. The signup is protected by Google reCAPTCHA.

Room preview: wall measurements and a photo of your room, so you can see a print in place. As a guest this stays in your browser. If you save it to your account, it is stored with us.

Technical data: market preference, language, and data needed to keep you signed in and to complete checkout. After you explicitly consent to optional cookies, Google Analytics/Ads, Meta Pixel and Conversions API may also receive technical browser and device data, pages visited, product interactions, and information about your cart, checkout and purchases, including order value.

Why we use it

We use personal data to take and fulfil orders, take payment, send order emails, answer messages, run your account, remember your market and cart, show a print in your room, and — if you join the members club — send you news about the collection. If you consent, we also use optional analytics and marketing for statistics, advertising and measurement.

The legal bases are performance of a contract (orders, account, delivery), legitimate interest (running and securing the shop), consent (members club, optional room photos, and optional analytics and marketing), and legal obligation (bookkeeping and consumer rights).

Who we share it with

We share data only when needed to run the shop:

Stripe, for payments and refunds. Supabase, for account, database and stored room photos. Gelato and Prodigi, to print and ship your order. Resend, to send transactional email and members-club messages. Google, for reCAPTCHA on the contact form and members club, and for Analytics/Ads after your cookie consent. Meta, for Meta Pixel and Conversions API after your cookie consent.

These providers process data on our instructions or as independent controllers where the law requires it (for example Stripe, Google and Meta). We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data is kept as long as bookkeeping and consumer law require. Account data stays until you delete the account, unless we must keep parts of it. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request. Members-club emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Guest room photos stay in your browser until you clear them.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy in a portable format. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent where we rely on it — for example the members club. You can withdraw your consent to optional analytics and marketing at any time via Manage cookies.
